REFUND POLICY
Sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a Workshop or Tour you have paid for.
MORE THAN 14 DAYS TO THE EVENT
As long as you notify us at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the Event, your options are:
- a credit for the full amount towards any future Tour or Workshop
- Full Refund
LESS THAN 14 DAYS TO THE EVENT
Within 14 days of the event, there are No Refunds except where we have a waiting list – – if your Tour or Workshop has a waiting list, we’ll do our best to fill your place.
You are welcome to transfer to another Person
This is due to a commitment made to catering, administration & turning away others once the Workshop or Tour has filled, which is a loss of income to us & our Farm.
COVID Update
If your location becomes a ‘Hot-spot’ or there is a ‘Mandatory Lock-down’, then you will have the option of a full refund or be transferred to a future course date of your choice!
